Magic sand

This is normal sand coated with a hydrophobic material that repels water, so this sand will never get wet.

This was originally developed to clean petroleum from sea because that sand can mix with the oil and sink, instead of expand in the surface of the water.

But that sand is too expensive to produce so its used as a toy. Its used in some Artic areas too because Magic sand never frezes.
